La importadora y comercializadora de muebles CIMM SA Hogar introduce al país la línea de productos Disney para niños. Inauguró tiendas comerciales espaciosas en las ciudades de La Paz y Santa Cruz.
Mareth Hevia y Vaca Morro, economista con una maestría en administración y finanzas en la Universidad de Guadalajara, México, junto a su esposo Macerlo Quevedo, también economista de la Universidad de Georgia, Estados Unidos, decidieron crear una empresa y así nació CIMM Hogar. Su objetivo, ante la competencia en el país, es ofrecer productos con precios accesibles y de calidad. Las tiendas se encuentran en el Centro Empresarial Calacoto, en La Paz, y en el cuarto anillo de Santa Cruz.
Comentan que llegaron a Bolivia unos 15 contenedores de muebles desde Estados Unidos para la venta en las dos tiendas. Los dueños estiman que realizaron una inversión inicial de $us 350 mil. “Trajimos una variedad de muebles, pero también en edición limitada y tienden a agotarse”, expresó la empresaria boliviana.
La principal razón que los impulsó a invertir en el negocio mobiliario está relacionada a los precios. Explicó que hicieron un recorrido por las tiendas en La Paz y observaron que la competencia tiene muebles de calidad con precios inaccesibles para la mayoría de la gente. Contrariamente, en la ciudad de El Alto hallaron que se comercializan muebles de baja calidad y muy baratos. “Entonces, quisimos buscar un término medio. Después de varios estudios de mercado, nos decidimos por traer muebles de calidad para la gente de ingresos medios, para la clase media y con precios inigualables”.
Juegos de cama (tamaño queen), sofás cama, comedores de mármol, sillas decorativas, espejos decorativos, percheros y otros productos del hogar se exponen en los salones de La Paz y Santa Cruz. “Comodidad, vanguardia, elegancia, economía, diseño, calidad y precios bajos, eso es lo que ofrecemos”, sintetizó la gerente de CIMM Hogar.
Según la empresaria, la tendencia de los estilos son clásicos y tradicionales con una opción minimalista porque observó que la mayoría de los departamentos en La Paz son pequeños y estos muebles son fáciles de acomodar.
Una de sus principales apuestas para el mercado boliviano son los muebles Disney, cuyo diseño permite destacar las imágenes de los héroes de los dibujos animados. “Son camas con las figuritas de Campanita, la Bella Durmiente, de las princesas de Disney y también de los personajes de Toy Story y Cars.
Además están próximas más novedades en la siguiente importación”, anunció. Esta línea especial es muy didáctica porque debajo de la cama tienen un espacio para acomodar juguetes y también los cuadernos, esto ayuda a que las mamás no vean tanto desorden en la casa, explicó. Además el mueble tiene un resbalín.
Señaló que evaluarán el comportamiento del mercado respecto a estos productos para incrementar la importación de estos muebles. CIMM Hogar además genera empleo para 23 trabajadores, en ambas tiendas, y también cuenta con personal a contrato.
“Estamos apostando a la inversión en nuestro país generando empleo porque confiamos que en Bolivia se puede hacer empresa”, subrayó Hevia y Vaca Morro.
Planes para abrir más sucursales
El Alto
CIMM Hogar. hasta junio inaugurará una tienda en La Ceja de El Alto y a finales de año otra en Cochabamba.
Mercado
La empresa considera que El Alto es un buen mercado porque mucha gente no busca sólo precio, sino calidad.
Santa Cruz
El viernes se inauguró la segunda tienda en Santa Cruz, ubicada en el Cuarto Anillo, entre las avenidas La Salle y San Martín, al lado de Búffalo Park.
Espacio
Una característica de las tiendas CIMM es que son muy espaciosas. La de La Paz mide 700 m2 y la de Santa Cruz 750 m2. “Es para darle comodidad al cliente”, dijo la gerente.
Oferta
Los personajes de Disney se han transformado en muebles funcionales, divertidos, resistentes y ahora están en Bolivia junto a otros inmobiliarios para el hogar.
